Class 6BH Assembly

Class 6BH shared their learning on World War Two in their class assembly. Along with some evacuees, we heard a radio broadcast declaring the outbreak of war and followed the children as they were taken by their parents to the railway station as part of operation Pied Piper. The billeting officer at their destination allocated them to families and two evacuees shared their letters home. Another radio announcement reported on Victory in Europe and the assembly ended with an enthusiastic dance.
Well done, 6BH.
